Ossiano has never been about dining. It’s about immersion.
The campaign was built around the idea of a voyage, both physical and emotional. The film mirrors Chef Grégoire Berger’s menu, which takes guests on a journey through his personal memories from the coastlines of his childhood to the depths of the sea.
Each course represents a chapter in that voyage, and the film brings those emotions to life through movement, light, and sound. It’s not about showing what’s on the plate, but about feeling the story behind it.
Because Ossiano isn’t a meal. It’s a journey told through flavor, memory, and emotion.
